Sinfully rich nonfat fudge sauce

Yield: 7 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Hershey's Cocoa
Or European Style Cocoa
1 tablespoon Cornstarch -- Plus 1 tsp
½ cup Evaporated Skim Milk
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Assorted Fresh Fruit,
Cut Up -- optional
Cake (Your Favorite),
Optional
Nonfat Frozen Yogurt,
Optional

In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch; gradually stir in evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until mixture boils; continue cooking and stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold with assorted fresh fruit, cake or nonfat frozen yogurt, if desired. Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce. Serves 7.
