Hilton head pie

Ingredients

| 9 | tablespoons | Butter, room temperature |
| 1 | cup | Granulated sugar |
| 3 | larges | Eggs, room temperature |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| ½ | cup | White raisins |
| ½ | cup | Chopped peanuts |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in pecans, raisins and peanuts. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 deg F for about 45 minutes or until filling is set and lightly brown.
