Measure | Ingredient |

9 tablespoons | Butter, room temperature |
1 cup | Granulated sugar |
3 larges | Eggs, room temperature |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ cup | Chopped pecans |
½ cup | White raisins |
½ cup | Chopped peanuts |
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir in pecans, raisins and peanuts. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 deg F for about 45 minutes or until filling is set and lightly brown.
