Hawaiian pineapple pie

Ingredients

| 3 | Eggs, well beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Light corn syrup |
| 1 | cup | Crushed pineapple with juice |
| 1 | cup | Flaked coconut |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Flour |
| ½ | Stick margarine, melted | |
| 1 | 10 in unbaked pie shell | |
Directions
Combine eggs and corn syrup, beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie shell and bake at 350° for abt. 30 mins, or til pastry is brown and filling is firm.
Serving Ideas : We eat as is with not topping.
NOTES : You need to watch this pie so it doesn't burn. It is rather delicate to bake.
