Herbed shrimp dunk

Ingredients

| 1 | Sprig fresh dill | |
| 10 | Fresh blades of chives | |
| 3 | Peppercorns | |
| 1 | cup | Diced cooked shrimp |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| ¼ | cup | Dry sherry |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped; add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Chill. Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives.
Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp. Makes about 1¾ cup.
