Herbed shrimp

Ingredients

2poundsShrimp; uncooked in shells, or 1 lb. cooked, shelled, or canned deveined shrimp
1cupButter
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonBasil, sweet; crushed
1teaspoonTarragon; crushed
1Garlic clove; minced
1cupBreadcrumbs, fine dry

Directions

Cook shrimp; remove shells and devein. Divide shrimp between 4 individual shells or casseroles. Cream butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread crumb mixture ove shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated (this takes about 20 minutes).
