Harvest cider

Yield: 3 quarts

Measure Ingredient
2 quarts Apple cider or juice
1 cup Lemon juice from concentrate
½ cup Sugar
1 quart Ginger ale; chilled
\N \N Ice

In punch bowl, combine cider, lemon juice, and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar. Chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Serve over ice.

Garnish with apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon if desired.
