|1 medium||Onion; chopped|
|½ pounds||Mushrooms; sliced|
|1 teaspoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Biscuit mix|
|9" pastry shell|
|1 cup||Creamed cottage cheese|
Saute ground beef, onion, and ⅔'s of the mushrooms in a skillet until the beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in pastry lined pan. Beat eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix well. Pour over meat mixture, and garnish with remaining mushrooms.
Bake in 375~ oven for ½ hour. Serve the quiche hot.
