Breakfast quiche

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hot or mild sausage cooked; drained
6 \N Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 slices Crushed day old bread
2 cups Cheddar cheese; grated

Mix ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
