Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Hot or mild sausage cooked; drained |
6 \N | Eggs |
2 cups | Milk |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
2 slices | Crushed day old bread |
2 cups | Cheddar cheese; grated |
Mix ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
