Breakfast quiche

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Hot or mild sausage cooked; drained |
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 | slices | Crushed day old bread |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar cheese; grated |
Directions
Mix ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
