Directions
Arrange 8 slices of bread in a buttered pan then add ham, then cheese, then 8 slices of bread. Beat 7 eggs along with 1½ teaspoons of dry mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, scant 3 cups of milk and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight.
