½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | Flour, all-purpose |
4 | Eggs; beaten | |
½ | cup | Milk |
1 | cup | Ham, fully cooked; diced |
1 | cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
1 | cup | Cheese, Swiss; shredded |
Directions
Line a 9" quiche dish or piepan with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges. Fold edges under and flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes; remove from oven, and gently prick with a fork. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool on rack.
Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk; mix thoroughly. Stir in ham and cheese. Pour into quiche shell, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
