Ham 'n apple pancakes

1can(21-oz) apple pie filling
2cupsBisquick original baking mix
1cupMilk
2Eggs
¾cupDiced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces)
½cupShredded Cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsSliced green onions; if desired

Directions

HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onions.

POUR batter by scant ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle.
