Ham 'n apple pancakes

2 | cups | Bisquick original baking mix |
1 | cup | Milk |
2 | Eggs | |
¾ | cup | Diced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces) |
½ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
2 | tablespoons | Sliced green onions; if desired |
Directions
HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onions.
POUR batter by scant ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle.
