Grilled tuna burgers

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh tuna; ground
4 \N Cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Brown mustard
½ teaspoon Salt

Mix everyting and make into 3 patties. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. They should be reddish/pink on the inside. Serve on a bun with a slice of sweet or red onion, lettuce and habanero-cilantro-lime mayo.
