|1 pounds||Fresh tuna; ground|
|4||Cloves garlic; minced|
|1 tablespoon||Brown mustard|
Mix everyting and make into 3 patties. Grill over high heat for 3 minutes per side. They should be reddish/pink on the inside. Serve on a bun with a slice of sweet or red onion, lettuce and habanero-cilantro-lime mayo.
