Green onion salad dressing for cajun potato salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg + 1 egg yolk | |
| 1⅛ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| ½ | cup | Finely chopped green onions |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Creole or brown ustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | White vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
Directions
Blend the egg and egg yolk in food processor or blender until frothy, about 2 minutes. With the machine on, gradually add the oil in a thin stream.
