Creole potato salad

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Potatoes; peel, dice, cook
4 \N Eggs; hard-boil, dice
1 small White onion, dice
2 tablespoons Pimientos, dice
2 \N Ribs celery, dice
4 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 pounds Smoked sausage, slice thin
\N \N 5 mins
1 cup Mayo
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
2 dashes Tabasco
\N \N Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients.
