German chicken casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Chopped cooked chicken
2 cups Sliced celery
2 cups Toasted bread cubes
1 cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
18 ounces Swiss cheese slices; cut into thin strips
¼ cup Slivered almonds; toasted

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Spoon into 2-quart casserole, sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
