|1 pounds||Lean ground beef|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|¾ teaspoon||TABASCO pepper sauce|
|1 pack||(5 ounce) Boursin or herbed chevre cheese|
Preheat broiler In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire and TABASCO sauce until mixed well. Divide into five portions. Form three-quarters of each portion into patty, reserving remainder. Make indentation in center of patty and fill with 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover cheese with reserved meat, and form a finished patty. Broil patty 3 to 5 minutes on each side, according to taste. Serve immediately.
