Blue cheese burgundy burgers

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Burgundy or other red wine |
| 1 | Small onion,finely chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 6 | tablespoons | Crumbled blue cheese |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the cheese. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 3½ inches in diameter. Place 1 tablespoon blue cheese on top of each of 6 patties. Top with a remaining patty, sealing edges firmly. Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
