Blue cheese burgundy burgers

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Burgundy or other red wine
1 Small onion,finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Garlic salt
6 tablespoons Crumbled blue cheese

Mix all ingredients except the cheese. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 3½ inches in diameter. Place 1 tablespoon blue cheese on top of each of 6 patties. Top with a remaining patty, sealing edges firmly. Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
