Boursin cheese

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 \N Stick butter; softened
½ teaspoon Dill weed
½ teaspoon Fines herbes
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt (up to)
3 \N Sprigs parsley
\N \N Lemon pepper (optional)

Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl until well blended or use a mixer. Chill until stiff enough to form into whatever shape is desired.

Refrigerate until ready to ssrve. May be served as is, or rolled in lemon pepper. Serve with wheat crackers.
