Boursin cheese

1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
1 | \N | Stick butter; softened |
½ | teaspoon | Dill weed |
½ | teaspoon | Fines herbes |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic salt (up to) |
3 | \N | Sprigs parsley |
\N | \N | Lemon pepper (optional) |
Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl until well blended or use a mixer. Chill until stiff enough to form into whatever shape is desired.
Refrigerate until ready to ssrve. May be served as is, or rolled in lemon pepper. Serve with wheat crackers.
