Beef boulette burgers

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground Beef
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream
½ cup Bread Crumbs; Dry
4 ounces Mushrooms; *
2 tablespoons Onion; Finely Chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley; Snipped
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

* Use 1 4-oz can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped.

Shape the mixture into 8 patties, each about ¾-inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15 minutes.
