Simmer for 45 minutes until | ||
Liquid is absorbed | ||

4 | teaspoons | Tamari |
Directions
CUT INTO JULIENNE STRIPS
HEAT IN WOK OR SKILLET
SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES UNTIL
ADD & BROWN LIGHTLY
ADD & BROWN THE TOFU/TEMPEH
STIR IN
SAUTE A FEW MINUTES, ADD
FOR EXTRA PROTEIN YOU CAN
COOK A LITTLE, THEN MIX EGG
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
SPRINKLE ON TOP TO SERVE
