Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Tofu or tempeh; steammed for 10 minutes and cooled
1 tablespoon Oil; liquid is absorbed
½ cup Brown rice;
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds;
¼ cup Onions; sliced
½ cup Celery; sliced
\N \N The cooked rice
\N \N Can make well in center
\N \N Of pan and drop in
\N \N With rice and vegetables
\N \N Add
¼ cup Green onions, chopped
\N \N Simmer for 45 minutes until
\N \N Liquid is absorbed
1½ cup Water
4 \N Spinach leaves; shredded
1 \N Egg;
4 teaspoons Tamari

CUT INTO JULIENNE STRIPS

HEAT IN WOK OR SKILLET

SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES UNTIL

ADD & BROWN LIGHTLY

ADD & BROWN THE TOFU/TEMPEH

STIR IN

SAUTE A FEW MINUTES, ADD

FOR EXTRA PROTEIN YOU CAN

COOK A LITTLE, THEN MIX EGG

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

SPRINKLE ON TOP TO SERVE
