2 tablespoons | Finely diced onion |
1 cup | Bean sprouts |
1 cup | Diced ham |
3 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
4 cups | Cooked rice |
Heat peanut oil in skillet; add eggs and scramble. Transfer eggs to a dish. Saute onion, bean sprouts and ham over moderate heat.
