8Bacon slices, cut into piece
1cupCarrot, shredded or finely c
½cupOnion, chopped
½cupCelery
½cupPeas, cooked
3cupsRice, cold, cooked
3teaspoonsSoy sauce
¼teaspoonSalt
cupGreen onion, chopped

Directions

Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt.

If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
