Yield: 6 Servings
|8 \N||Bacon slices, cut into piece|
|1 cup||Carrot, shredded or finely c|
|½ cup||Onion, chopped|
|½ cup||Peas, cooked|
|3 cups||Rice, cold, cooked|
|3 teaspoons||Soy sauce|
|⅓ cup||Green onion, chopped|
Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt.
If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
