Fried rice 3

Ingredients

| 8 | Bacon slices, cut into piece | |
| 1 | cup | Carrot, shredded or finely c |
| ½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Celery |
| ½ | cup | Peas, cooked |
| 3 | cups | Rice, cold, cooked |
| 3 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ | cup | Green onion, chopped |
Directions
Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1 tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt.
If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
