Oriental fried rice

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked brown rice; cold
½ cup Slivered cooked roast pork
½ cup Finely chopped celery
½ cup Fresh bean sprouts
⅓ cup Sliced green onions
1 Egg; beaten
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, onions and egg in large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over high heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
