|3 cups||Cooked brown rice; cold|
|½ cup||Slivered cooked roast pork|
|½ cup||Finely chopped celery|
|½ cup||Fresh bean sprouts|
|⅓ cup||Sliced green onions|
|½ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|2 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, onions and egg in large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, stirring, 3 minutes over high heat. Add pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
