7 | Lemons -- juiced |
3 | Lemon rinds |
2 cups | Sugar |
8 cups | Water |
Steep tea, mint and lemon rind in boiling water for 12 minutes.
Remove from water. Add juice and sugar. Strain, then add rest of water. Makes 1= gallon.
