El cocodrilo's cranberry citrus salsa

Ingredients

2cupsCranberries (fresh or frozen)
1cupChopped yellow or red onions
½cupFresh orange juice
The zest from 1 orange
1Jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped
½teaspoonGinger
2tablespoons+ 2 tsp. brown sugar
1teaspoonHoney
tablespoonRice wine vinegar
1tablespoonTabasco sauce
2tablespoonsChopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove it from the heat and let it cool while stirring carefully ~ - try not to split the cranberries!
