Citrus-pineapple salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Red grapefruit peeld/chopped
1 medium Red bell pepper; diced
1 small Orange; peeled/chopped
8 ounces Crushed pineapple; undrained
2 \N Green onions; thinly sliced
1 small Jalapeno; seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve with Southwest Chicken Salad. Yields 4 servings.
