Edith's sweet potato souffle

Ingredients

3cupsMashed cooked sweet potatoes
3Eggs
1cupSugar; (or 1/2 cup)
1tablespoonVanilla
1Stick melted butter
½Stick margarine
½cupSelf rising flour
½cupBrown sugar
½cupNuts; (pecan-walnuts)

Directions

TOPPING

(8x8 pan)

Mix first part together and pour into pans (sprayed w/Pam).

Top with topping (Mix together with hands until crumbly).

Bake at 350 degree until top is brown and crisp Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13 pan Crusty
