Edith's sweet potato souffle

| 3 | cups | Mashed cooked sweet potatoes |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | cup | Sugar; (or 1/2 cup) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | Stick melted butter | |
| ½ | Stick margarine | |
| ½ | cup | Self rising flour |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Nuts; (pecan-walnuts) |
Directions
TOPPING
(8x8 pan)
Mix first part together and pour into pans (sprayed w/Pam).
Top with topping (Mix together with hands until crumbly).
Bake at 350 degree until top is brown and crisp Ingredients are doubled for a 9x13 pan Crusty
