Mashed potato souffle

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 4 | cups | Mashed potatoes |
| 1 | Beaten egg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Pimiento; chopped |
| 2 | ounces | Canned green chiles; diced |
Directions
1. Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes, add egg, salt, chopped onion pimiento and green chiles. Mix well.
2. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using shallow casserole.
