Mashed potato souffle

Ingredients

8ouncesCream cheese
4cupsMashed potatoes
1Beaten egg
1teaspoonSalt
cupOnion; chopped
¼cupPimiento; chopped
2ouncesCanned green chiles; diced

Directions

1. Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes, add egg, salt, chopped onion pimiento and green chiles. Mix well.

2. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using shallow casserole.
