Potato souffle

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Mashed potatoes (real ones)
1¼ cup Fat free coffee rich (or skim milk)
\N \N Salt and pepper
4 \N Egg yolks (I used 2)
6 \N Egg whites
