| 4 | cups | Mashed potatoes (real ones) |
| 1¼ | cup | Fat free coffee rich (or skim milk) |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 4 | Egg yolks (I used 2) | |
| 6 | Egg whites | |
Directions
