Sweet potato souffle #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cans (small) yams
2 \N Sticks margarine
2 cans (small) pet milk
1¾ cup Sugar
4 \N Eggs
6 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Lemon extract
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Cook yams for 15 minutes on boiling temperature in saucepan, cook down liquid to half.

Pour mixture into round casserole and decorate if desired. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
