| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 6 cups | Sweet potatoe, cooked and mashed |
| 1 cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Nutmeg (I put more) |
| ¼ cup | Butter |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla (I put more) |
| 1 dash | Salt |
Mix and place in lightly buttered 2 qt. casserol. (Or scooped out orange halves) and bake at 400 degrees until browned on top.
