Sweet potatoe souffle

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Sweet potatoe, cooked and mashed
1 cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Nutmeg (I put more)
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla (I put more)
1 dash Salt

Mix and place in lightly buttered 2 qt. casserol. (Or scooped out orange halves) and bake at 400 degrees until browned on top.
