Dry rub for poultry

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Basic Dry Rub (see recipe)
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 \N Bay leaf -- crumble
\N \N =OR=-
1 teaspoon Leaf sage or rosemary
\N \N Leaves
1 \N Garlic clove -- minced
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
