Dry rub for poultry 1
2 Lb chicken
Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Black pepper; I halved this |
| 2 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage leaves; or rosemary |
| 1 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon peel; grated |
Directions
Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before barbecuing.
