Dijon pesto steak

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
½cupFresh basil or parsley, finely chopped
½cupWalnuts, finely chopped
cupGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1Clove garlic, crushed
1Boneless sirloin or top round steak, 2 pound

Directions

In small bowl, combine basil and parsley, walnuts, mustard and garlic.

Broil steak 5 inches from heat source, about 10 minutes turning once.

Spread top of steak with basil or parsley mixture; broil 2-3 minutes more or until lightly browned and beef is cooked to desired doneness. Slice and serve.
