¼ cup | Finely minced fresh onion |

1 cup | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
½ cup | Beef broth |
¼ cup | Brandy |
Pound steak to ⅛" thickness.Coat one side of steak with mustard.Sprinkle with pepper.Roll steak to coat both sides.Set aside.In a large skillet,melt butter.Add onion and garlic.Cook until onion is tender.Stir in mushrooms and broth.Cook to reduce slightly.Unroll steak.Place in sauce.Cook as desired,turning once.Pour brandy over all.Ignite carefully.When flame dies,serve immediately.
