|3 pounds||Tenderloin filet or|
|\N \N||Sirloin steak|
|6 tablespoons||Soft butter|
|2 teaspoons||Dry mustard|
|1 \N||Lemon; juice of|
|½ cup||Worcestershire sauce|
Broil steak to rare, remove to heated platter. Spread on half of the butter, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dry mustard. With fork & large spoon, pierce meat & work butter & mustard into meat. Squeeze half a lemon over meat, then ¼ cup Worcestershire. Turn meat & repeat process. Slice in desired thickness, cover with sauce.
