Mustard steak

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Tenderloin filet or
\N \N Sirloin steak
6 tablespoons Soft butter
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
1 \N Lemon; juice of
½ cup Worcestershire sauce

Broil steak to rare, remove to heated platter. Spread on half of the butter, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dry mustard. With fork & large spoon, pierce meat & work butter & mustard into meat. Squeeze half a lemon over meat, then ¼ cup Worcestershire. Turn meat & repeat process. Slice in desired thickness, cover with sauce.
