|¼ cup||Creamy peanut butter|
|2 tablespoons||Orange juice concentrate; thawed|
|1 cup||Plain lowfat yogurt|
|Assorted fruits for dipping; (apple slices, pear slices, pineapple chunks, cantaloupe chunks, seedless grapes, etc.)|
In a small mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and orange juice until fluffy. Stir in yogurt until smooth. Cover and chill. Best served after ingredients have blended for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with fruit. Makes 1¼ cup.
