Deliciously different dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons Orange juice concentrate; thawed
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
Assorted fruits for dipping; (apple slices, pear slices, pineapple chunks, cantaloupe chunks, seedless grapes, etc.)

In a small mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and orange juice until fluffy. Stir in yogurt until smooth. Cover and chill. Best served after ingredients have blended for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with fruit. Makes 1¼ cup.
