Delightful dip

Ingredients

¾poundsSmoked trout; or salmon
8ouncesCream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsHalf and half
2tablespoonsLemon juice
¼teaspoonGarlic salt
Crackers
Chips
Vegetables

Directions

Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.

Makes 2 cups.
