Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Corned beef,cooked and cut
\N \N Into pieces
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut
1½ cup Water
¾ teaspoon Caraway seed
1½ cup Dry rice
½ cup Prepared Thousand Island
\N \N Dressing
3 ounces Swiss cheese,cut into
\N \N Strips

Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large skillet.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4 servings.
