Ingredients

| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Celery; sliced |
| 1 | cup | Frozen corn |
| 1 | Mushroom (4oz. can) pieces | |
| 1 | cup | Frozen peas |
| 1 | cup | Sliced zucchini |
| 1 | cup | Broccoli florets |
| 2 | cups | Rice |
| 3½ | cup | Water |
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and the onion. Drain off any fat Add the remaining ingredients, except the water, and mix well. Allow to cool and place in a freezer container and freeze. To prepare, thaw over night in the refrigerator. Place in a large skillet over high heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with a salad.
