Skillet spaghetti dinner

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Spaghetti
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Wesson veg. oil
1 pounds Ground beef
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ cup Coarsely chopped parsley
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms; UNDRAINED!
3 cans (8 oz) Hunt's Tomato Sauce

Cook spaghetti and drain well. Lightly brown garlic, onion in Wesson. Add meat. Cook until it loses its redness. Stir in seasonings, spaghetti, parsley, mushrooms. Pour in tomato sauce. Mix well. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
