1tablespoonSherry
1teaspoonSoy sauce
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

1. Mince or grind pork. Beat egg and add.

2. Then add cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and salt; blend well. VARIATION: For the pork, substitute beef, chicken or shrimp.
