Cucumber filling #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Lean pork
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Salt

1. Mince or grind pork. Beat egg and add.

2. Then add cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and salt; blend well. VARIATION: For the pork, substitute beef, chicken or shrimp.
