Cucumber filling #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Dried black mushrooms
½ pounds Lean pork
2 slices Fresh ginger root
1 \N Scallion stalk
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oil

1. Soak dried mushrooms.

2. Mince or grind pork, together with ginger root, scallion and soaked mushrooms.

3. Then add remaining ingredients and blend in.
