Crunchy brunch egg casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Seasoned croutons |
| 4 | ounces | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 4 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| ½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| Bacon; crisp and crumbled | ||
Directions
In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture.
Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or overnight.) Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings.
