Egg casserole for brunch

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 slices Bread, buttered and cubed
½ pounds Velveeta cheese cubed.
1 teaspoon Salt
6 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 quart Milk

Mix eggs and milk and pour over other ingredients in a buttered 9 X 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight and set out ½ hour before baking.

Sometime add a cup of cubed ham before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Submitted By DOROTHY THOMPSON On 04-26-95
