Ingredients

8slicesCanadian bacon or ham
8slicesAmerican cheese
½teaspoonSalt
1dashPepper
½teaspoonDry mustard
¼cupMinced onion
¼cupMinced bell pepper (up to)
2tablespoonsWorcestershire
3cupsMilk
1dashRed pepper
1Stick butter; melted
1cupCrushed potato chips or corn flakes

Directions

In 9x13 casserole, layer 8 slices bread, bacon, cheese and 8 slices bread.

Combine salt, pepper, mustard, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, milk and red pepper. Pour over bread and let stand overnight. Pour butter on top; cover with chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
