Brunch casserole #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 slices Bread
8 slices Canadian bacon or ham
8 slices American cheese
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ cup Minced onion
¼ cup Minced bell pepper (up to)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
3 cups Milk
1 dash Red pepper
1 \N Stick butter; melted
1 cup Crushed potato chips or corn flakes

In 9x13 casserole, layer 8 slices bread, bacon, cheese and 8 slices bread.

Combine salt, pepper, mustard, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, milk and red pepper. Pour over bread and let stand overnight. Pour butter on top; cover with chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
