Ingredients

| 16 | slices | Bread |
| 8 | slices | Canadian bacon or ham |
| 8 | slices | American cheese |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¼ | cup | Minced onion |
| ¼ | cup | Minced bell pepper (up to) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire |
| 3 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | dash | Red pepper |
| 1 | Stick butter; melted | |
| 1 | cup | Crushed potato chips or corn flakes |
Directions
In 9x13 casserole, layer 8 slices bread, bacon, cheese and 8 slices bread.
Combine salt, pepper, mustard, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, milk and red pepper. Pour over bread and let stand overnight. Pour butter on top; cover with chips. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
