Cheesy brunch casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
18 slices (1 regular loaf) white or wheat bread; cubed
1 cup Broccoli florets
⅓ cup Red bell pepper; chopped
2 packs (8 ounces each; 4 cups total) Kraft® Natural Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 \N Eggs
3 cups Milk
½ cup Parkay® Margarine; melted

Preheat oven to 350-F. In greased 13-by-9-inch baking dish, layer half each of the bread, broccoli, bell pepper, and cheese. Repeat layers. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and margarine, beating until smooth. Pour evenly over casserole.
