Holiday brunch casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | Jimmy Dean Sausage (Regular, Light or New! Country Mild), cooked, drained |
| 1 | pack | Seasoned croutons (5.5 oz) |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz) |
| 1 | pack | Italian style frozen vegetables (16 oz) |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 | cup | Monterey Jack cheese, grated |
Directions
Line the bottom of a 9x13" greased baking dish with croutons. Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake in a preheat 350'F. oven for 1 hour.
