Holiday brunch casserole

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Jimmy Dean Sausage (Regular, Light or New! Country Mild), cooked, drained
1 pack Seasoned croutons (5.5 oz)
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 pack Italian style frozen vegetables (16 oz)
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Line the bottom of a 9x13" greased baking dish with croutons. Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake in a preheat 350'F. oven for 1 hour.
