1 pack | Italian style frozen vegetables (16 oz) |
1 cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup | Monterey Jack cheese, grated |
Line the bottom of a 9x13" greased baking dish with croutons. Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake in a preheat 350'F. oven for 1 hour.
