Holiday brunch casserole

1packJimmy Dean Sausage (Regular, Light or New! Country Mild), cooked, drained
1packSeasoned croutons (5.5 oz)
4Eggs
2cupsMilk
1canCream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1packItalian style frozen vegetables (16 oz)
1cupCheddar cheese, grated
1cupMonterey Jack cheese, grated

Directions

Line the bottom of a 9x13" greased baking dish with croutons. Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons. Beat eggs and milk in a large bowl, until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well with a spoon. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Bake in a preheat 350'F. oven for 1 hour.
