Brunch egg dish

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Dozen eggs; hard boiled and halved
1 teaspoon Lowry's seasoned salt
1 pounds Ground ham (I use spam)
1 cup Mayonnaise (I use less)
1 teaspoon Catsup
2 tablespoons Oleo
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
½ pounds Grated cheese

From: "Sue Weinstein" <SWEI@...> Date: Mon, 14 Aug 1995 20:37:45 GMT This is a family favorite! Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham, mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread sauce on top. Sauce: Mix all ingredients.

Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole. (5 dozen eggs serves about 40 people)
