|2 \N||Dozen eggs; hard boiled and halved|
|1 teaspoon||Lowry's seasoned salt|
|1 pounds||Ground ham (I use spam)|
|1 cup||Mayonnaise (I use less)|
|½ pounds||Grated cheese|
From: "Sue Weinstein" <SWEI@...> Date: Mon, 14 Aug 1995 20:37:45 GMT This is a family favorite! Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham, mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread sauce on top. Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole. (5 dozen eggs serves about 40 people)
