Philly chocolate sauce

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed
⅓ cup Milk
1 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
2 cups Sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine cream cheese, milk and chocolate; stir over low heat until smooth. Blend in remaining ingredients. Serve over poached pears, ice cream or cake.

Note this sauce can be refrigerated and then reheated.
